Public Appointments Process - Lessons to be Learned

I am sure that we would all agree that some of the most instructive lessons in life come not from when things go well but from when things go wrong.

Even better than learning from one's own mistakes is learning from other people's. To encourage us all to think about the public appointments process from the point of view of the candidate, we have produced four case studies which contain valuable, yet essentially very simple, lessons for us all.
