Multi-faith calendar
This multi-faith calendar has been developed in response to requests from departments and Independent Assessors for clear guidance on how they should schedule recruitment processes to take account of peoples’ religious holidays/observances. Many diversity calendars already exist, but these tend to list all religious events. The OCPA multi-faith calendar is predicated on the hypothetical question “Would a candidate decline to attend an interview on this date for religious reasons?” and as a consequence contains many less dates than other diversity calendars.
